Photography has been a passion of mine for the past 12 years. I love creating a space where someone feels free to rest into the beauty of all that they are, and allow me to witness them through my lens. I believe that vulnerability is sacred and powerful, and my aim is to provide those who I collaborate with a safe place to embody their full expression, in whatever form that may be.

In acknowledgement of the relational & creative process, partnering with me is more than a transactional hour of pointing and shooting. Before a session, I offer myself as a guide to help articulate your intention for our time together, offering prompts to spark inspiration, and serving as a sounding board for your own ideas & vision. On the day of, I am committed to not rushing, but taking the time that is needed for both of us to ease in and document what unfolds naturally.

I know from experience that having your photos taken can sometimes be an awkward & potentially challenging experience, so I strive to cultivate a space that's comfortable for all parties. I take a trauma-aware, empathetic, and body-celebratory approach with my clients, encouraging authenticity over stilted performance. Because of these values, I do not do extensive retouching or dramatically alter images; I utilize natural light when possible & simply enhance natural features when editing.
